Privacy and compliance, by design

Renitiate Forms is built to help you meet your GDPR and data-protection obligations, mainly by holding as little data as possible.

  • Data minimisation

    Responses are relayed to your chosen destination and never stored by us. Our servers keep no copy and no database.

  • Encrypted in transit and in the link

    HTTPS everywhere. Recipient and credentials are sealed (AES-256-GCM) inside the embed link, so visitors cannot read them.

  • No tracking inside your form

    The embedded form sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.

  • Spam and abuse protection

    Input validation, rate limits, bot traps and strict security headers protect your inbox and your visitors.

  • Clear sub-processors

    Email is delivered through Resend (or Amazon SES / your own SMTP server), hosting is on Vercel, and license checks use Lemon Squeezy.

  • Your choice of destination

    Route responses to Telegram, Discord, Notion or Google Sheets under your own account, or to your own inbox, so data stays in tools you already govern.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my form responses stored?

Nowhere on our side. Each response is validated and forwarded straight to your inbox or chosen destination, and is never written to a database.

How do I add a form to Notion or Framer?

Build your form, click “Get Notion / Framer embed link”, then paste the link into Notion (/embed) or a Framer Embed component.

Why am I asked to confirm my email?

So nobody can create a form that sends email to someone else’s inbox. You confirm once and your browser can issue new links for that address. Forms that deliver to Telegram, Discord, Notion or Sheets with your own credentials skip this step.

Can visitors see my email address or API credentials?

No. Your form settings, including the recipient and any destination credentials, are encrypted inside the link. Visitors only receive the form itself.

Does it work outside Notion and Framer?

Yes. Use the popup drawer script for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and Wix, an iframe anywhere HTML is allowed, or an image card for GitHub READMEs, Substack and email newsletters.

How much is Pro?

$5 per month. It removes the small “Powered by Renitiate” tag from your form and notification emails and unlocks advanced CSS. Everything else works on the free plan.
